RAP Diaspora League Chapter (DLC)

The RAP Diaspora League is a key extension of the Party, designed to engage and organize members of the diaspora. It is established as a branch chapter with sub-branches in various global locations, managed by a Branch Executive Committee (BEC), which is led by a Chairperson.

The primary responsibilities of the RAP Diaspora League and its sub-branches include promoting the Party’s interests and activities in their respective regions, disseminating the Party’s vision, mission, values, objectives, and ideology, mobilizing resources for Party activities such as policies, campaigns, and programs, and coordinating diaspora membership recruitment in collaboration with the Director of Diaspora Affairs. Officials of the Diaspora League and its sub-branches serve a five-year term, with the possibility of re-election. Meetings are held at least quarterly, either virtually or physically, and adhere to the protocols of the BEC.
